Wining and Dining

An impromptu visit to Dusty's cellar was the perfect ending to my Labor Day weekend; and an excellent new experience with Claud.

Since we label ourselves as 'broke college kids', we went for drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Dusty's is known for its vast wine collection, so I settled on some Sangria--he opted for a strong mixed drink, called 'Planter's Punch'.

Despite the rough exterior, the atmosphere of Dusty's was beautiful; classic, yet still inviting.

(dress:similar, but with a turquoise flair! /shoes: similar /studded wrap watch: here)

Therefore, I chose this lacy white dress.

Simple, but the pale pink wedges and matching clutch complimented the sophisticated air of Dusty's.

Curly hair allowed me to keep accessories to a minimum, so I opted for simple diamond studs and a gold, diamond-studded wrap watch.

Although this doesn't count as 'wine-tasting' (Bucket List item #12), it was a great experience with even better company.
